All Plugify products come with a 12-month limited warranty.

Warranty Covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Non-functional parts
• Product failure during normal use

Warranty Does Not Cover:
• Accidental damage
• Water damage (unless product is rated waterproof)
• Misuse, drops, or modifications
• Normal wear & tear

How to Claim:
Email us at support@auplugify.com with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video proof

We’ll review your claim within 24–48 hours.
